Seeding Secure Attachment: Bridging the Gap from Stage 1 to Stage 2

Mastering this advanced intervention will significantly improve your practice as you will learn how to ‘see’ and ‘hear’ attachment and sprinkle attachment seeds to effectively help couples create a more secure connection.

The workshop includes presentations, observation of short video segments showing seeding attachment in action and experiential role plays to practice seeding attachment and overcome blocks to skillfully using the intervention.

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

1. Learn ‘When’ and ‘How’ to use the seeding intervention to grow attachment security with couples throughout all the Stages of EFT.
2. Adopt the attachment lens to ‘see’ attachment in the room and bring attachment longings and fears alive.
3. Learn the 6 main themes of the seeding attachment intervention that help move couples more skillfully from Stage 1 to Stage 2 change events in the model. 

Pre-requisite: This workshop is for EFT trained therapists who have completed an Externship and beyond.
